Make sure that the university fulfill all the requirements of the ministry of higher Education, Represent the university at the ministry of higher education regarding the accreditation and quality assurance issue, Represent the university at the “Tempus Project: Accreditation - Pathway to Quality Assurance" to Accredit the university from the European Union, Prepare statistical reports that helps the Top Management make decisions (registration, student satisfaction, facilities report etc….

Leading 10 staff members, Coordinating between top management, middle management, and teachers, Handling students complaints, Drawing up the department's annual plan along with the dean and the vice dean, Secretary General of the faculty council

Forming the work procedures, Auditing the performance of employees and compatibility with university rules, Coordinating with team members and the ministry of higher education and the AIU, Drawing up statistical reports and other reports.

- Represented the students officially in the faculty council. - Lead a team of seven student members. - Negotiated students' affairs with the council members and got good results.
