Transitioned from intern to Working Student after delivering a RAG-based chatbot prototype that moved into production. Currently supporting the team in testing, troubleshooting, and optimising the deployed solution. Exploring new retrieval strategies and prompt engineering methods to drive accuracy improvements, while identifying where AI can create value across the organisation.

Explored how a locally hosted AI chatbot could help employees query internal knowledge bases more efficiently. Starting from scratch, I built a RAG-based prototype and evaluated multiple LLM frameworks to determine the best fit. The solution proved effective and moved forward into production.

Collaborated with the Centre of Expertise (CoE) team to solve a real operational challenge: tracking and managing equipment sent to trade shows and demos worldwide. Developed a working prototype that gave the team visibility into asset locations. Built a QR-code-based tracking prototype using Microsoft PowerApps to log and locate equipment across global events, enabling recovery of missing items via last-logged data while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems

Conducted comprehensive market research for Schaeffler offerings in the mining industry of Saudi Arabia, with a focus on analyzing potential customers (OEMs and MROs) within the mining sector for Schaeffler.

Got hands-on experience with common manufacturing processes, machinery, and materials, while understanding the technical and organisational aspects within production processes.
