• Preparation of monthly Interim payment certificate (Direct & Indirect). • Updating daily progress report with site measurements in all security installation systems in rail stations. • Find out all the variations comes up beyond the BOQ and prepare the VO and send to the client to claim. • Analyse the costing for the sub-contractors’ quotations for particular works like Installation Junction Boxes/Installation BBRS cabinets/Installation GI conduits/Installation Cable trays etc.

• Conduct quantity take-off of equipment and materials for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting. • Submission of variations. • Preparation of interim payment application for Works. • Evaluate quotations obtained from different suppliers & subcontractors, ensure quantities and specifications are in line with tender and projects specifications. • Coordinate with Project execution team for preparation of cost for varied works. • Certifying payments for Subcontractors.

• Quantity take-off as per drawings & specification for structural and Road woks. • Preparation material reconciliation reports. • Identification, evaluation, and justification of variations and claims in civil works submitted to the Consultant. • Continuously monitor the cost at completion against the target budgets and investigate reasons for cost over runs and advise project teams for necessary corrective actions. • Examine, control, and evaluate Sub-Contractors invoices .

 Preparation of monthly progress reports and estimating.  Taking off work done measurements and reporting.  Assist senior QS to prepare monthly Interim payment certificates.  Handling Sub-Contractors including payments.  Site documentation  Maintain the record logbook of the Aggregate Base Course (ABC) with Asphalting, wearing course, Base/Subbase layers.  Collaborate with site engineers for all road works including drainage construction and structures (Culverts/Retaining walls/Bridge).
