- Responsible of the Quality System for the 6 production plants hanging on SMP Iberica organization. - Customer communication management. - Q cost surveillance. - Internal and external audits ISO/TS surveillance.

- Continuous Improvement coordination for the 6 production plants in production, logistic and maintenance areas. Target: 8% savings yearly kept. - Management of the CAPEX for the plants. - Coordination of the local experts team (7 members) and the CI responsibles in each plant according matrix organization

- 250 workers - 45 mill€ sales - Productive areas coordination with the service departments in the plant to reach deliveries, customer satisfaction and budgeted results. - In this period of time the plant received a transferred production from a competitor which represent a growh of 20% in sales.
