Working along with LucaNet's management team around organizational operational effectiveness and leading/supporting the transformation of people, processes and systems. I'm responsible for setting up, managing and executing LucaNet's global transformation plan and program which is redefining LucaNet's strategy, values, process, structures, people upskilling and culture.

Reporting to the CEO and working alongside the Executive Team; managing company-wide integration efforts with various service providers, policies and strategies; leading various programs to keep the trains running on track (e.g., Weekly Management Meetings, Board Meetings, Investors day , quarterly business reviews, objectives & key results). Advising cross-functional teams on strategy, processes and operations while leading operational excellence initiatives.

Documentation of end-to-end business processes in marketing, sales, product management, innovation departments (commercial, product marketing, administrative departments).Designing, Modeling, Execution, monitoring and re-engineering Business Processes along with their software’s using BPMN 2.0. Also created and Implemented a Business Process Management Framework which supported EMnify’s growth plans for the next 2 years

Analysis of 26 organization strategy, processes, inter-organizational departments and tools in a network. The results of the thesis suggest tools and methods to strategically link the network as a whole with an innovation management process.

• Responsible for tackling legal and commercialization issues related to launch of PicoTek, a GPS enabled fleet management tool. • Identification of prospective customers for PicoTek. • Responsible for pitching associated product Picotek, to prospective clients and later signing MOU with them. • Activity planning, time and effort estimation of different tasks for team YPAY, a mobile advertising VAS(Value Added Service).
