At Nokia I started in the Global Graduate Program in India in 2007. I worked on diverse and challenging projects in Delhi and Chennai to build global processes. I was asked to move to Finland, the global headquarters in 2008 to work on key Resourcing Projects such as Global Onboarding, Recruitment, University Relations and Employer Brand building. In 2010 I moved to a new position in Global HR Services to help build the set up for off shore HR Services outsourcing. I worked with multiple stakeholders.
