Based in Germany, leading and implementing projects Europe wide in a multinational team (VaVe projects, to reduce the cost of the product but keeping the same or better performance). Realización de workshops para la búsqueda de ideas con el fin de reducir el coste de los componentes de compra, el tiempo de montaje o los costes logísticos. Realización de business cases para definir los proyectos prioritarios. Implementación de los proyectos elegidos, coordinando los diferentes departamentos implicados.

Responsible of quality of a manufacturing unit, leading a team of 6 people, taking care of the incoming goods quality control, the control of the produced parts and giving support to customer quality team. Trained in six sigma (green belt) and leading 2 projects. Responsable de calidad de unidad autónoma de producción, dedicada a la fabricación de cinturones de seguridad para automóviles. Liderando un equipo de 6 profesionales a cargo del control de calidad .

Responsible of process of 5 manufacturing lines, defining the tooling, the machines and the overheads necessary to produce according to plan. Implementation of the process and support to Production department. Member of the the team who implemented the first internal logistic train. Use of Lean manufacturing tools, facilitating workshops. Member of the OCRA team (ergonomics, repetitive movements). Implementation of the OCRA method and creation of the map of risk.

Responsible of industrialization of the "transfer Pump" production lines (part of the Common Rail Diesel pump project). I was also trained in the use of Lean Manufacturing tools (here called DMS): 5S, Kanban, TPM, SMED.
