- Constantly improving the ProTime suite of application with new additions and products - Generate new ideas, analyze competition, current client feedback, current problems - Assess each idea by analyzing several aspects such as business value added, compliance with ProTime strategy, work volume needed, etc. - Conduct new product presentation meetings for the company board - Employ the SCRUM practices in the development process. - Manage the development process, establish steps to be taken, manage risks.

Manage international interactive education projects, funded by Leonardo DaVinci. The teams are usually comprised of partners from several countries that need to work together, respect clear deadlines and follow the same procedures. - Lead and manage the Business Application department - Maintain a good relation with the department’s clients - Establish teams structure, forecast and plan the resources needs - Establish the yearly budget and present it to the board - Establish department strategy to achieve company goals - Plan and execute all activities related to the global integration of the company - Organize department activity, establish analysis and development procedures - Establish KPIs - Budget handled: > 1 mil. - Establishing a clear and thorough methodology for the Development & Implementation department. - Emulate the established methodology so that it will respond to the ISO standards. - Implement the ISO 9001 and 27001 (Information Security) standard in the Development & Implementation department. - Establish a clear collaboration methodology with the company’s software providers. - Audit the software providers from a development quality point of view. - Review internal analysis processes

- Daily coordination of all QA related activities. - Analyzing all QA activities and their results. - Supervising all client relations. - Implementing and constantly improving company’s methodology. - Guiding the methodology evolution to ISO standards for a future certification. - Managing the activities to become Microsoft Certified Partner. - Coordinating training sessions.

- Managing QA teams. - Analyzing and building test strategies. - Establishing delivery schedules. - Maintaining customer relations.

- Managing the Graphic Design team. - Analyzing and building user interface layouts and maintaining clear graphical path throughout the applications. - Analyzing layouts through a user friendly perspective.

- Building graphical layouts for software applications. - Graphical concepts for demos and marketing materials. - Logo design.
