As the Composite Manager, my role in the team is to develop long term relationships with industry partners. I am currently working with market leaders in the Aerospace, Automotive, F1 & Motorsport industries. My responsibilities involve bringing in new business, visiting existing clients as an account manager, placing skilled workers into new positions and representing Mane at various industry related events. My role within the Manufacturing Engineering Team at Mane is now focused solely on recruiting for the Aerospace Industry. On a day to day basis, I will be working alongside our Aerospace Account Manager and Aerospace clients to deliver a high standard of service and candidates. Some of the roles I am recruiting for within the Aerospace Industry include: •Galley Builders •Seat fitters •CNC Millers •Turners •Manual Machinists •Paint Sprayers •Aircraft Fitters.

My role in the manufacturing engineering team was to maintain and develop the candidate database through appropriate advertising & marketing campaigns. On a day to day basis, I was speaking to new & existing contractors, placing them in suitable roles we were recruiting for, and providing continued support to both candidate and clients throughout the entire process.
