Regional management and coordination of a multi-country quality team covering over 60 clients in UK, Egypt, Romania and Hungary. Managing the quality management systems (QMS) leading the sites to external and internal certification.

Regional implementation, maintenance and improvement of our QMS and coordination of quality projects in Budapest (HU), Miskolc (HU), Kosice (SK), Cluj (RO). Project management and active member of the project team responsible for setting up and openning our new office in Cluj, in parallel with the implementation of our first Cluj Client, the largest information technology company.

Responsible for the Budapest Quality Management System maintenance, implementation of SYKES regional & global quality and improvement projects. Managing new Client implementation projects.
