Implement price setting between affiliates and HQ , by *Producing transfer pricing documents for 27 affiliates’ tax authorities in 24 countries *Facilitating communication and problem-solving with Marketing, Finance, Technical Operations and Legal departments, as well as company affiliates and external consultants, to ensure that appropriate pricing, intercompany contracts and tax structures are in place

•Developed international marketing strategy for three antibiotics within a team •Conducted marketing research to direct strategy for products in development •Supported go/no-go decisions for external product licensing by conducting market and financial analysis

•Created my own position in new team set up to manage and monitor all financial aspects of operations related to registration, marketing and sales in collaboration with Amgen, the American license holder •Communication of trading results within the Roche concern, based on Roche guidelines •Elaboration of guidelines for trading budget 1990 and strategic business plan between Roche and Amgen
