Development of R&D lubricated test compressor, detailed engineering and specification. Test scheduling, compilation and analysis of test data. Support of internal departments such as design, sizing, customer service department in lubrication issues and material selection. Material forensic investigations reporting to internal departments and customers. Lubrication practice advice to customers and single point of contact to lubricant suppliers.

Evaluation of materials & coatings for 2 stroke diesel engine components, exhaust valve welding, hard-chromium plating replacements, laser hardening. • Material Forensic investigations reporting to internal departments. • Materials and Testing specifications for new portfolio Engines. • Materials training to internal departments. • Material conversion between Europe and Asia. • Materials group coordination

Responsible for Tribology Program - Next generation DLC and Diamond coatings with international partners • Support of product development team on material selection for heavy duty and special applications • Evaluation of next generation ceramic materials for mechanical seal faces • Material forensic investigations to internal stakeholders

Project SECUEWA (Super Elastic Coatings Under Extreme Wear Applications) managed by Teer Coatings Ltd and funded by Department of Trade and Industry • Project related with manufacture and characterization of sputtered Shape memory alloys. • Producing projects reports and supporting laboratory activity.
