Since moving to Switzerland in 2013 I have been working at CSS Versicherung AG, first as a IT project leader and now as a software developer. In the time between I was the admin assistant to the department head, took over the team lead for SAP, becoming the SAP scrum master and most recently as a developer / tester / requirements, whatever the team needs.

As a qualified Insurance and Investment Broker, I provided solutions and products to customers based on their needs and requirements.

Managed multiple software development projects as well as a software evaluation project. Also consulting on the development of a new agile based software development process. Industry Health Insurance. Previously as a requirements engineer for a large financial Institution.

My company was in the business of consulting to customers about using the new technologies and helping them making the best of their investment decision when it came down to the internet. Business Consulting Project Management Website Analysis and Evaluation Website Creation (through design, programming and implementation) Website maintenance I also helped customers with new hardware decisions and installations, including PC's, Networks, Telephones and Software tools.

As a qualified Insurance and Investment Broker, I provided solutions and products to customers based on their needs and requirements. From this position the Company Finanz Team Salzburg was started.

Lectured to part time students of the "BWI" branch in basic and advanced Project Management and using Microsoft Project, and to the full time students in "DPM" Business English. In both cases a very hands on approach was taken and interaction from the students was strongly encouraged. All lectures were done in English, as was all course correspondence and lecture notes.
