Working with an IT business project team to develop skills in the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and other clinical applications using knowledge of clinical practice and IT in order to provide advice, analysis, planning, design, development, configuration, testing and implementation of changes or enhancements to major Trustwide clinical systems as well as input into the design and delivery of new business process solutions.

I am responsible for the management and leadership of all therapies admin and clerical grades at St Mary's hospitals. Other responsibilities include investigating and dealing with patient complaints, resolving any issue related to the Trust IT application system. Numerous data validation, monitoring outstanding patient referrals and generating various team activity reports. Other aspects of my role include leading on recruitment, monitoring Therapies budget, audit and clinical governance.

Collecting and analysing data from various medical centers in the City and Hackney area. This role required a high degree of professionalism in terms of complying with the data protection and patient confidentiality act 1998. Findings were put into reports and reported back to management in a timely manner. Good knowledge of Excel was essential for this role.

General Practitioner at Setif University Hospital. It was a busy and highly demanding environment where experience and professionalism were required. In this role I had the opportunity to gain worthwhile experience in dealing with challenging medical situations.
