I am administering the Salesforce platform at SMA. I introduced and am maintaining and developing the DevOps process to integrate a growing number of development streams. I have introduced Copado and Version Control with Bitbucket. I am responsible for keeping the architecture and code base sound allowing the business to continue to extend the capabilities of the platform. In that role I am also the moderator between external consultants, the business and the IT organization.

Part of the global Salesforce.com team managing 8000+ users. I am PM for a specific line of business helping them to identify business needs, carve out requirements and work with devs and admins to build out the functionalities. Projects: * SFDC connection to OKTA (Identity provider) for authorization and user management * Automating business processes for efficiency gain * Field, validation workflow and layout customisation We apply SCRUM / Agile and are using Pivotal Tracker

I am working as the link between business and IT to maintain http://www.salesforce.com set up, drive adoption and support the field in retrieving information that can be used to direct their action. Projects: * Deploy the integration between booking and forecasting (EU wide 1500 internal users) * Deploy PRM solution (EU wide 600 external and 200 internal users) * Drive adoption of the ww sales process and general adoption in Germany and Alpine (EU wide 600 internal users)
