Comprehensive expatriates (incoming) management for professors, researchers, students. Realised 37 national, 1 international conference (http://www.imtlucca.it/tgc2006/index.php ) counting 300 subscribers and participants, 2 international marketing campaigns related to the annual Calls for PhD applications in 2004 and 2005. Edited and realised all communcation material in Italian and English. Managed 3 staff members.

Personnel administration (payroll outsourced), recruitment, labour relations, implementation of HR global company policies, reporting and presentations for corporate HQ in Sydney and the European main office in Brussels.

Managed recruitment, selection and hiring, from needs analysis to appropriate assessment tools and evaluation of internal and external candidates, up to compensation proposals and negotiation, for local and international vacancies at all organisational level. Monitored and reported yearly company staffing plan.

Manpower planning, reporting on activities and personnel data analysis, succession management and personnel development plan, monitoring work climate indicators and proposing actions if needed, and employee relations in the Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa geography. Co-ordination of activities of 3 members in Middle East & North Africa, and 4 in Africa to accomplish corporate HR and business objectives of the company.

Supervision and/or Observation of election process in Ex-Yugoslavia countries, in order to support free and fair elections. Supervision over Local Staff to ensure the correct application of laws, regulations and OSCE administrative procedures. Training to Local Staff regarding the implementation of OSCE rules and regulations. Legal counseling, technical assistance and field investigation for dispute settling and factual mistake amendments.
