(Leading Spanish property valuation company. Shareholder: Advent International, private equity) Responsible for delivering the service to the Customer (data entry, valuation report production, Customer support and billing) and continuous process improvement, leading a team of 180 employees.

(Leading Spanish cable operator) Responsible for Customer Operations (installation, commissioning, technical support), Customer care, Logistics and Project Management, leading a team of 350 employees, 650 call centre agents and 1,200 field technicians and managing an annual budget of €125m.

(Leading Spanish cable operator) Reporting to the COO, responsible for resource planning processes (budget design and control, headcount and organization, sales forecast, supply & demand, etc.), as well as for cross-functional projects, both inside Operations and between Operations and the rest of the company (Marketing, Network, IT, Finance).

THE BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP: from January to September 2007, full-time collaboration with BCG, as an external operations specialist, assisting the COO of ONO (cable operator) in a series of operations optimization projects.
