As Vaimo's Country Manager in Sweden, I led strategic planning, team management, and achieved significant growth. Team size grew from 80 to 90, with a 15% CAGR, positive EBITA, and improved NPS. Skilled hiring, development, and motivation were key focus areas.

From 2013, I served as Vaimo's Country Manager in the UK, building operations, attracting skilled employees, and aligning with the company's mission. By 2018, Vaimo became a leading commerce solutions provider in the UK with 45 employees across multiple offices.
