Led the CAR AUDIO sales and account activities for one of Harman's key customers: - Drove new sales initiatives, executed RFIs/RFQs and realized a profitable growth of business. - Managed awarded projects in development and production in all sales-related aspects (e.g. CRs). - Account planning & strategy, business pipeline, CRM, commercial management.

Extended RFI/RFQ work to Harman’s entire Automotive Division (Digital Cockpit, ADAS, Connectivity, Car Audio).

- Designed and implemented the RFQ process framework for SBU Car Audio globally. - Won numerous car audio businesses (RFQs) at different OEMs in TSM/PM hybrid role. - Led teams through numerous RFx from initial customer inquiry to award. - Performed cross-customer RFx management, tracking, analysis and leadership reporting. - Hosted RFQ trainings, workshops and lessons learned sessions globally. - Built up deep knowledge on car audio product portfolio & tech (e.g. amplifiers, speakers, SaaP, ...).
