Technical lead to set up shop manufacturing processes from ground breaking, and later promoted as Engineering Leader. Hired to develop Manufacturing Process Engineering Team, and thereby implement manufacturing capabilities to support building up a 20+ million USD gas turbine workshop starting right from ground up in Vietnam, executed in a time span of 2 years as per company expansion strategy.

Progressed from Manufacturing Engineer to Manufacturing Engineering Manager with 4 engineers as direct reports with final technical decision authority. Contributed to the company growth by setting up 2000 sqm workshop, with processes to repair base fleet gas turbine components in a cost-effective way.

Responsible for ABB Robot Programming, HVOF and APS coating process parameter development, Brazing, Heat Treatment and setting up manufacturing procedures and documents in the shop. Training Operators and continuously driving best practices in the shop floor with VSM and other KAIZEN tools.

Junior Engineer in Advanced Gas turbine product support team, to support analyzing online data from gas turbines installed around the globe and to participate in root cause analysis and mitigation plans for various issues. Revied gas turbine site issues and fed the data to R&D department for RCAs and studies for improvements.

Production support engineer responsible for design, drafting and site execution. Implemented the LEAN mass production techniques for improved profitability and fast execution of projects. Tasks included supporting site and manufacturing team to understanding and executing the final finishing architectural metallic works on time.

Industrial Trainer for various software packages. AutoCAD, ANSYS, MSC Nastran, Pro/Engineer, MS Project etc. Worked for industry collaboration projects where trained various engineers on usage of CAD/FEA software’s.
