Accountable to perform procurement/sourcing activities ensuring a focus on efficiency, compliance, and the quality of customer service. Responsible for sourcing of various materials/components while building and tightening a strong relationships with the existing suppliers and act as point of escalation in case of supply and quality issues. Manages manufacturing operations at CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organisation) for fill finish and label & pack activities. Leadership and management of project and technology transfer to CMOs. Lead cross functional project groups to maintain scope, timeline and budget relating to API, DP and FG operations. Lead process optimization incl. validation + qualification activities, any production related changes. Assignment to lead the Change Management system + Superuser for the ERP system.

Manage packaging operation at assigned CMO’s (Contract Manufacturing Organizations) and responsible for the daily interaction. Responsible for establishing contract relationship with vendors. Drive the process identification and evaluation of potential new contractors, management of technical issues, inquiries, vendor evaluation and selection. Support Regulatory and assist in authoring filings. Lead cross functional supply teams. Identify and implement improvement opportunities at CMO's.

Comprehensive logistics activities with increased responsibility larger project assignments to represent the logistics group which includes new supply chain setup for product launches, validation of new shipping methods, qualification of new shipping systems and country specific compliance assessment etc.

Global shipping transaction for BIIB, BG12 supply-chain setup, Qualification and auditing of logistics partner, revise and draw-up Standard Operating Procedures, streamline of processes, supporting validation of new insulated shipping solution, lead of logistics deviation meeting, preparing and improving monthly KPI figures, monthly transport bookings and PO creation etc.

Sales support, product cost calculation, create new sales promotion, drive several product launches, training coordinator for CRM implementation, map-out/adjust and streamline internal processes, prepare monthly KPI figures, coordination of Sales Assistants, Poweruser for CSB ERP system.
