Responsible to define the strategy for the global suppliers. Establish the measure and timeline to ensure consistent execution and providing direct guidance to the regional engineers to improve performance of suppliers in terms of quality, delivery, and cost aligned with the Global Purchasing Category. Perform audits to new potential suppliers. Define and execute improvements points to enhance their performance.

Project Management for specific projects with North America and Europe. Achieve the “project” objectives and benefits by utilizing the defined project management methodology. Responsible for the day to day management of all project team members (internal and external resources alike), providing input / guidance and constructive feedback to team members in project tasks. Supervision of 6 project engineers. Provide orientation, leadership, and training.

Supervision of one section of the painting department (incl. 50 hourly workers). Coordinate the operation activities of new programs together with Engineering, Quality and Production. Evaluate operators according to performance and productivity. Participate in Go-Fast workshops to keep up the Quality levels and prevent any issue that put in risk the quality.

Identification, analysis and evaluation of the project risks, defining preventive & corrective actions. Responsible to create detailed timing and coordinate the fulfillment of the project. Coordinate the activities of internal & external departments, product and process improvements. Define process, assembly line, injection molding tools, & gauges. Responsible for assembly lines, conceptual design and evaluation of design Planning, costing, and negotiating with suppliers in order to reach targets
