Responsible for employee acquisition or recruitment, development and retention. Handled staffing for several business units including Revenue Generating (Asset Management, Investment Management, Treasury, Trust, Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, etc.), Operations and Support Groups (Information Technology, Operations, Controllership, Internal Audit, Human Resource, etc.)

Monitored manpower needs of the Consumer Banking Operations and Support Group which includes sourcing, selection and placement of best suited applicants in accordance with the standards and guidelines in selection and employment of applicant using HRIS - Peoplesoft. Conducted employee orientation and hands out new joiners' employment requirements.
