Responsible for the management of projects for the realization of EPC contracts for small and mid-scale LNG terminals, liquefaction plants, and cryogenic storage units for petrochemical plants. Client management, contract management , project cost and schedule control, coordination of project resources.

Project Manager for Singa2 Project: expansion of existing plant producing licensed additive for lubricant oil for Company INFINEUM (joint venture between Exxon Mobil and Shell). I left the project after the close-out of the first phase (FEED and cost estimate completion), as the execution for the EPC was late to arrive.

Responsible for the engineering activities in office and at site, interfacing the client and the third parties for anything concerning engineering issues. Support to procurement for the preparation of the material requisition and the verification of vendor documentation. Support to the construction for the docuemnts necessary for the construction activities and the issue of as-built documentation
