-Ensuring administrative support for the participation in national and international project competitions. -Project management writing for different sources of financing–National, European and International Grants/Funds -Writing projects and completing application forms for obtaining grants from the National Endowment for Democracy a non-profit foundation financed by US Congress. -Ensuring the administrative support for receiving international delegations and organizing the Executive Board Meetings.

My role included the responsibility to identify and describe external counterparts and systems that interact with the company in terms of trade life cycle beginning with trading interfaces & systems, back office systems & ending with clearing systems & front-end providers Based on the current setup between the company and its partners-Exchanges,Clearing Houses & Banks- I had the chance to define scenarios & motivations that would support the business strategy in the change using scoring matrix & roadmaps

My job description involved having great responsibility in coordinating automation/ change/ optimization processes/ projects during the entire life cycle,budgets,forecasting,tracking and reporting ensuring that the objectives are met according to agreed deadlines. I had the opportunity to get a “hands-on” experience of the business change implementation initiatives. I supported the process design, the operations readiness and ensured the lean management implementation.
