Currently base at the Maintenance Control Centre at Air Mauritius. Main task is to work with Support Engineers and Flight Controllers in managing the technical condition of the fleet. The tasks I am involved is to provide technical support to cockpit crews in case of technical malfunctions and initiate, control and coordinate all actions necessary to solve technical malfunctions at line stations in conjunction with Operation Control Centre.

Responsibility involved Scanning and Coding documents using in house “bespoke” Software. Prepare, process and "QC" a variety of client data. Learn proprietary software product and become knowledgeable about litigation support particularly the electronic discovery process. Process client data in various formats and resolve or elevate issues that arise during data processing.

Job entailed working closely with Airfield Operation Manager and Air Safety Traffic Officers regarding airfield activities. Key responsibilities were carrying out Runway Friction test collaborating with mechanical engineers and write a detail report on that. Review Safety Management System, ICAO regulations and participated in Terminal Evacuation Simulation. Collaborate with Airport Fire brigade and Air Safety
