Drove new customer acquisition and portfolio expansion through solution-based and cross-selling strategies, coordinating closely with engineering, product and supply teams to win and execute complex projects.

-Oversaw strategic management of key OEM customers in the largest industrial regions in Turkey with turnovers exceeding €10 million. -Executed regional sales activities in sectors including General Industry, Aerospace, Automotive, Mobile Machinery, Power and Energy.

-Collaborated with an 8-person project team to manage all phases of key equipment installation for an iron-steel factory in CIS countries. -Orchestrated process improvements across 4 projects, restructuring communication across 10 departments to enhance end-to-end service processes.

-Led a 12-person design and production team in developing machine equipment consumables and managing project processes.
