Developed and executed a Strategy to regain market leadership in chosen markets, leading to a successful exit from the Egeria Private Equity Fund in February 2022. Won various National and International Awards for Innovations in Sustainability and Design, including the 2022 WorldStar Award.

Leadership of the Specialty Division. Coaching, Managing and Supporting local management to develop and execute winning strategies, aimed at successful exits from the Egeria Private Equity Fund. Successfully divested LPF in January 2021, Flexoplast in July 2021 and NYCO in February 2022.

Transitory role towards reorganisation

Full P&L responsibility for European medical business, with worldwide sales in excess of €200 million, manufacturing sites in Ireland, United Kingdom, Portugal, France and Italy and local Sales Offices in Germany and Spain.

Full P&L responsibility for the Burgdorf site (app. 200 FTE). New business growth, targeted pricing strategy, Operational excellence and continuous improvement. Furthermore responsible for building and implementing the Business Unit’s European strategy, Pharma market.

Responsible for the sales, business development, customer service, and purchasing departments.

Define global account strategies, supervise global and regional sales action plans

Define, implement and manage corporate purchasing of branded consumer products for the GNC retail network

Set purchasing strategy for a group of portfolios for all factories belonging to the Royal Numico Group, mainly situated in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific
