• Creation and maintenance of reports and documentation with Confluence • 1st Level Support for the SAP Solution Manager tool • Support for international clients by phone and e-mail in English and German

• Incident and Service Requests management for more than 80 internal applications (SAP and nonSAP) using SAP Solution Manager and HPE Service Manager (SM9) • Catch & Dispatch of Incidents, Service Requests, Problems and Changes for internal SAP systems (FI, CO, MM, SD, Basis modules) • Backlog reduction (Incidents)
