• Set-up and Ramp-up Management of 10 production lines for the PQ25 project / Volkswagen (Seat Ibiza 2008, VW Polo 2009, Audi A1 2010) • Coordination of a local 6-people German team with the plants departments (Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Quality).

• Complaint Analysis (8D) of electronic products for 3 German customers • Product Change Management (PPAP), at the rate of 1 per month

Hardware and Software Analyst of 32 German systems • Maintenance support in downtime above 30 min
