Responsible by overseeing the daily operation of CRITICAL Software global delivery teams in different countries. Provides strategic lead, direction and processes to the delivery structure for effective IT project delivery and business support. Monitor continuously to improve the delivery structure to meet or exceed customer and organisation expectations. Supervise and provide work direction for Delivery Office staff.
