I've built the new team and led it to Atlassian Gold Solution Partner status. I am also leading projects of development IBM CLM as an Architect and Consultant.

Managing projects for a major customer as the Programme/Project manager and technical pre-sales. Completed the project of implementation IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation in business department of a major bank. Completed project of workitems replication between two RTC servers in a CQ Multisite-way (as an Architect). Refactored highly customized schemes of Rational ClearQuest into one with scripts translation from VBScript to Perl and data migration.

Managing several projects (as the project manager, an architect and an analyst) of implementation/development of SDLC-systems on IBM Rational (ClearCase, ClearQuest, RequisitePro etc)/IBM Rational Jazz, projects of migration (data migration and system migration); technical presales. Developed and implemented several deeply customized schemes of ClearQuest.

Providing consultations for customers on use of IBM Rational ClearCase, ClearQuest, RequisitePro, Rose Enterprise, Rational Software Architect, SoDA; describing SDLC-processes for a major bank (as is/to be). Integrated code metrics gathering tool with ClearCase UCM.

Our team organized new service desk for several IT-companies, reporting on IT-services for top-management

I've started to work here as IBM Rational ClearCase administrator. Later begun to administrate ClearQuest, RequisitePro. Developed templates for SoDA. Was in-house consultant, supported IBM Rational for several teams.

I attended this course to keep up do date my English (which is pretty good from school), I had a lot of practice and also theory of translation, history of English, etc.

We were told that our degree is equal to master’s. I had courses of software engineering, C++, software testing and cryptography (and several humanity studies like philosophy, sociology etc.).
