• Delivery of Brand Innovation projects as Project Manager • Conception and implementation of a new project database, enabling project portfolio and resource management, and established transparent Project-KPI reporting to Senior Management and Board • Global internal Trainings and day-to-day support improved project management skills, effective database usage and project commitment across the company as well as global awareness of the Innovation process and defined roles and responsibilities
