 Assure the flow of information between clients and internal departments (creation, DTP, digital, strategic)  Analyze and develop briefs for other departments and participate in debriefing meetings  Verify the accuracy and monitor the established schedule of daily tasks in the creative department  Develop budgets, cost management for suppliers, managing ATL and BTL projects  Clients working for: Unilever, VEKA, Gothaer, Unicef, Postbank

• Manage and control local offices in order to assure a correct and smooth flow of data to the headquarters • Follow-up launches in the industry and provide analytical support for data projection studies (competitors, macroeconomics, trends) - from Nielsen, IRI, Euromonitor, etc database • Analyze consolidated sell out data to assure its coherency with the previous ones (data control) • Develop together with the Pricing Department the company’s pricing strategy for 2013

• Draft of PR materials including news releases, media alerts, fact sheets, client meeting summaries, status reports, media lists including clients, marketing and administrative databases • Handle budgets, negotiate and manage different service providers or producers costs • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and presenting reports
