Development of an Inventory Analysis Tool using Power BI Grade: 1,0 • Creation of a database consisting of various SAP- transactions. • Development and linkage of logistical key performance indicators (KPIs) based on updated data from SAP-transactions. • Development of inventory analyses in the form of dashboards by using graphical and tabular expositions of KPIs. • Getting detailed analyses of materials based on their individual inventory categories, MRP parameters, and suppliers.

• Carrying out monthly reporting of logistic key figures and aligning action tracking within plants. • Assistance in the preparation of supplier awarding process from a logistical point of view in the form of checking relevant significant logistical documents. • Preparation, participation and follow-up of different meetings with international colleagues followed by providing support in analyzing logistical KPIs for specific queries. • Creating,managing and updating records of GMMOG audits in SAP.

• Scheduling processes and planning of production capacities for elimination of bottlenecks. • Standardizing weekly manual stock-taking process. • Maintainance of the E-commerce portal " www.Folkindia.in"

• Tracking the material and information flow in the company. • Creation of standardized company reports and presentations.
