Manage North Europe Regional Center Supply Chain and Manufacturing strategy, budget, S&OP, P&L, result, footprint and processes deployment, Global Demand on 5Y, Hard Inventory management/optimization, Lean methods introduction.

manage Industrialization Work Package in accordance with QCD commitment; define input data for launching supply chain process (request for procurement or subcontracting, warehouse booking, request for manufacturing order)

Development and supply of Network backbone (for SIL4 subsystems) and telecom applications for international signalling project based on CBCTC technology; project phases managed: specification, system design, detail design, procurement, manufacturing, integration and validation.
