The Films business includes a wide range of Polymer Films including Polycarbonate (PC) and Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) Films and offers unique solutions for industries such as Automotive, Display & Electronics as well as ID/Security. Leading a business and organization of about 100 people. The responsibility comprises the lead for Marketing & Sales, Technical Business Development, Commercial Product Management, Supply Chain Management, HSEQ and Production.

Global commercial product responsibility for Aromatic Polyisocyanates, used in the Coatings and Adhesive industry. The scope of the role included: Strategic pricing, long-term assed utilization & investment planning, strategic external co-operations, business modelling and product life cycle management

Regional commercial product responsibility for Basic and Modified Isocyanates used in the Coatings and Adhesive industry. The scope of the role included: Pricing & margin management, portfolio management, product strategy planning, supply chain management & sourcing, competitor monitoring & dynamics, cross-functional co-ordination with production, sales & technical departments.

Global coordination of financial planning process, in particular: operative budgeting (sales, cost, operative income, cash flow, value management), strategic planning, quarterly business forecasting, target setting for top management, business plans for M&A projects, financial analysis.
