- Provide the materials competences (thermoplastics and thermosets) for projects on development for Power BU: confirmation, productions locating and productivity actions. - In charge of the expertises in collaboration with the scientific and technological department. - Rheology analysis for various projects on development: interface part to play between industrialization, conception and materials departments. - Moldflow software modules testing on 8 benchmarks within the European network context P.I.A.M. (Polymer Injection Advanced Moulding). - Comparison of the two injection simulation softwares Moldflow and REM3D. - Injection moulding: process, science of materials, physical and numerical modelling, mechanical proprieties. Key skills: fluid mechanics, science of heat, very good command of Moldflow.

- Influence of the parameters of the injection process implementation using long fibres reinforcements associated to continuous fibres reinforcements on the mechanical performances of the achieved part. - Mechanical characterization: Charpy impacts, 3 points bendings, multiaxial impacts, tearing tests. Key skills: Practice on injection press (BILLION).
