At RGBP, I coordinated multidisciplinary projects while acting as Deputy Head of Project Management, supporting the development of PMO structures, governance and scalable processes across the organization. Working closely with senior management, I led the implementation and optimization of Smartsheet as the core project management platform, strengthening cross‑functional alignment, improving efficiency and enabling data‑driven decision‑making through structured reporting, dashboards and workflow automation.

At KUNST ZÜRICH, I led audiovisual and exhibition initiatives for an international art fair, delivering projects end-to-end from concept to execution. I coordinated cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and timely delivery. In parallel, I drove digital engagement and marketing, increasing visibility and reach, while managing CRM and GDPR compliance, and introducing efficiency and sustainability measures to optimize resources and reduce costs.
