Lead Quality for the Adhesives division in Europe Network (in total 11 production sites). Based on Heidelberg as the lead plant , my role was more to identify and drive Quality initiatives for the European network ( sites based in Western and Eastern Europe) related to Quality system , problem Solving and Quality control.
