I am a Senior Client Partner at 6 Group. My career spans 14 years’ of international experience in talent acquisition, human resources and executive search, having been based in the UK, Germany, Spain and the Americas. My experience encompasses the aviation, financial services, professional services, FMCG and energy industries.

As part of our Financial Services practice here at Armstrong Craven, I am responsible for developing key client accounts, on an international basis. Whilst working closely with our clients, my time is spent undertaking and delivering projects focused on their direct, current hiring needs (executive search), future talent pipeling and ahead-of-the-curve resourcing needs and intelligence projects, focusing on market, competitor and talent insight.

Focusing on the DACH and Benelux regions, I recruited audit, accountancy and finance professionals into Big 4/Top 20 practice firms, as well as industry and commerce, from recently/newly qualified to Director/Partner level. During this time I successfully placed professionals into 4 countries that the organisation had previously not done business in and due to the geographical focus, most business development was carried out in German.

I spent one year as a professional volunteer working for Global Community Engagement, an NGO based out of Miami, USA. I was posted to a partner agency Accion Callejera, an educational NGO that works with Dominican and Haitian children who live and work on the streets of Santiago. During my time I undertook a large scale project aimed at overhauling and modernising an outdated HRM system.

From Frankfurt, Germany I successfully recruited financial services and accountancy & finance professionals into international banking & commerce organisations across Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg. I was consistently among the Top Billers company wide, ending 2007 in the Top 10 during my first full year and in 2008 I was 2nd overall, spanning 10 European locations.
