Contributed substantive content to two publications launched at the UN General Assembly, distributed across a network of 20,000+ companies in 160+ countries. Translated regulatory and governance frameworks into concise briefs and concept notes for C-suite and UN audiences under short turnarounds during UNGA High-Level Week. Prepared the briefing material framing the UN Private Sector Forum and the Dilemmas Forum.

Owned a portfolio of 20+ international B2B corporate accounts across the Dutch, Belgian, French, German and Italian markets, as primary point of contact through the full client lifecycle. Assessed counterparty creditworthiness, set payment terms and exposure limits, and negotiated payment and settlement arrangements directly with corporate clients and their advisers, reducing outstanding balances materially. Supervised a team of three and produced portfolio reporting used by senior management.

Monitored EU regulatory and inter-institutional files and synthesised them into briefings for diplomats, parliamentarians and journalists. Coordinated analytical output across five institutional units and served as point of contact for 50+ external stakeholders. Ran 40+ editions of two EU policy newsletters, EU Affairs and EU in the World (6,100 and 6,700 subscribers), contributing to an engagement uplift of around 20% across web and social channels. Designed a coding framework to compare regulatory instruments across 10+ jurisdictions (GDPR, CSRD and AI Act provisions), mapping compliance obligations and identifying implementation gaps. Analysed regulatory and firm-level data in Stata, R and SPSS, translating results into structured briefs and position papers. Assessed corporate due-diligence and supply-chain obligations (CSDDD, EUDR) against actual firm disclosure practice.

Ran live operational workflow and KPI monitoring for the Italian market on a high-volume platform, triaging incidents against service targets under time pressure. Identified and implemented process improvements that raised throughput and data quality across the department.
