Hutchinson Excellence System Responsible for executing internal self-assessment across all PFW departments using the maturity matrix guidelines. Attain a thorough understanding of HES (Hutchinson Excellence System) and implement. Responsible for managing projects within the framework of HES that are in line with Company strategic goals as well as consulting internal departments with the commitment to achieve a broader understanding of the HES across PFW.

Responsible for proactively managing the day to day activities of current and future work transfer projects and monitoring current cooperation mainly on management- and process-level between PFW Speyer and HS (PFW Havacılık Sanayi ve Diş Tic. Ltd. Şti.) in Izmir. Supplied front line technical support and services to facilitate a smooth process flow within defined schedule milestones. Guide/Support Sales / Marketing with thorough and well developed work scope estimates on aircraft Tubing Transport Elements. Review customer Requests For Proposals (RFPs) and determine work scope required. Put together Technical Proposals, Fulfill customer requirements by researching aircraft specifics coupled with identifying design concepts (Design For Manufacturing) in line with existing PFW manufacturing techniques.

Responsible for proactively managing the day to day activities of Manufacturing Engineering as an on-site PFW representative for the Boeing 787 program. Evaluate new and existing Boeing and Partner processes to ensure quality and safety of the fabrication as well as meeting quoted standards for production efficiency. Review wants, requirements and qualifications of each Partner and Boeing and rely this information to the appropriate responsible management level
