Enabled local project managers to maximize end user engagement for Workday, the new people management system, through ADKAR based change management methodology. Tools delivered included stakeholder management, communication packages, impact and readiness assessments as well as the support to tailor the deliverables to local circumstances.

My greatest achievement was to position and promote the success stories of cement manufacturing to highlight the impact of our technical successes on the bottom line and engage the 60’000 people working in cement production towards Manufacturing Excellence. As the person responsible for merger communication in this community, I am proud that we achieved 60% transparency rating in this challenging time.
