Responsible for maintaining a diverse portfolio of existing customers as well as identifying and signing new prospects, for the Norwegian and Swedish market. One of the key focus area is to understand the needs of our customers and articulate how EBSCO’s products and services can bring value to them and the user-base they support.

Together with my team being responsible to create a high availability and customer satisfaction with focus to solve customer cases by first contact. Additionally solving and serving the need of customers by providing accurate recommendation of American Express Services and products.

I was taking care of customer credit, collections and customer service operations for the Finnish market with the aim to strike the right balance between helping card members in need, taking actions to recover balances and limit exposure for American Express.
