Through my professional experience role as the Project Development Technical Lead, I have come to realize the complex nature of engineering projects and how critical it is to develop a seamless alignment between technical and managerial aspects. Working in this role has enhanced my technical skills and exposed me to the intricacies of leadership in the corporate sector by managing multiple teams and clients simultaneously.

The gap between my academic knowledge and practical understanding of the domain was bridged by working on real-world scenarios during an internship at Gilbarco Veeder Root as the Project Coordinator Intern. This internship gave me an opportunity to work on project management challenges, which also strengthened my communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

This course prepares students to navigate global technological disruptions through five integrated clusters: Foresight, Technology, Economics, Social Aspects, and Integrative components. Students develop critical skills to balance innovation with economic viability and social responsibility while anticipating future technological developments in our complex global environment.

My master's degree in Project Management equipped me with expertise in project planning and execution, risk assessment and mitigation, and data analysis through Research Methodologies. The Supply Chain Management component enhanced my ability to optimize operational flows between suppliers and consumers. This comprehensive education enables me to successfully deliver projects while maintaining strategic alignment with organizational goals.
