Employed in the project to develop contact tips for circuit breakers through powder metallurgy route Trials were made in various process route for cost reduction without affecting the electrical conductivity of contact tips The focus is to theoretically understand the background of the complete process and implement new ideas for each trial to achieve the target. Material characterization like SEM, Optical microscope, metallography, and testing like hardness test, tensile test were carried out.

Employed as a supervisor for the shift and handled the complete process of producing various grades of aluminum alloy ingots from the scraps. It includes charge calculation, understanding thermodynamics of various metals in the scrap, selection of scrap for the chosen grade to control cost On-time delivery of products and shop floor maintenance Carried out various material characterization techniques like Metallography, optical microscope, and optical emission spectrometer
