Back office Sales activities. Sending offers and quotations to customers/potential customers. Uploading customers' orders into orders entry system. Information support to the customers (by phone/emails). Prospect and Potential Customers management. Generation of prospect pipeline in an assigned territory. Responsible for a list of pre-defined prospect accounts. Identify opportunities within the existing prospect database. Exploring new markets and acquiring new potential customers.

Daily contact with customers and database update; collection of project specific documents (preplanning process); assistance in preparation of offers,NDA,framework agreements,delivery/service contracts; general support to Sales Managers and Head of Sales; searching for new clients and new projects in the market in Italy, UK, Bulgaria and Romania; responsible for fairs and flights/accomodations of the team; responsible for the Italian translation of the Company website and internal and external documentation

Loading customers' orders into orders entry system; Sending offers and quotations to customers/potential customers; Registration of orders acknowledgments from both Italian and foreign suppliers; General support to the customers (by phone/emails).

E2E view and management of co-marketing activities shared between HP and HP Partners; budget management and administration: create/upload Marketing Investment Funds (MIF); coordinate local planning and allocation process; ensure that budgets were allocated, planned, spent, claimed and paid in a timely fashion; Communicate operational guidelines, validation & payment process to partners/PBMs; support to payment process; support to the preparation of Internal and External Audits for the area of MIF competence
