My responsibilities included supporting the development and support of an Innovation Incubator, which should give AUDI AG employees the space and opportunities to develop new ideas. In addition, I supported the organization of various innovation events with internal and external experts, such as a Machine Learning Day or User Experience Day. Furthermore I assisted in the organization, implementation and follow-up of the Audi Hackathon with over 130 participants from various Volkswagen Group brands.

I continued my work in the IT Governance of AUDI AG after an external further education. Once again, I was responsible for the internal training and further education of Audi IT employees, which included the conception and implementation of various qualification formats.
