I help small business owners and specifically coaches to find their place in today’s online world: increase their visibility so they can quit chasing clients & get found online instead, understand the ins and outs of Social Media and how it can increase their leads and help them understand the complexity of Internet Marketing. • Participate in selection of 90 international students through personal interviews • Logistical organization of interviews • Help students to get settled in Switzerland (visa issues, housing, insurances etc.) • Update information on MBA Intranet Portal Special projects: • Initiated a Dinner Delivery Project for all students • Revamped MBA Intranet (new look)

• Organized the newly created department, suggested value added projects in order to improve effectiveness • Assisted the manager in all lobbying tasks such as meetings, business lunches etc. mostly on political level • Produced several PR related brochures, flyers and factsheets • Organized big PR events and Press Conferences • Implemented new Internet Site

• Set up and developed the department • Produced the yearly brochure of courses provided by both, the training department and any external training suppliers • Defined the required curriculum of McDonald’s staff and select external training suppliers • Organized internal and external training sessions • Created the orientation manual for newly hired restaurant staff
